Saint John School is an educational institution that works for the education of children and adolescents that we receive daily with love and affection. CSJ has always focused on teaching for life and developing integral students.
Day by day we do hard and committed work in the formation of each of the students in our care, especially to have empathy and to put ourselves in the place of other people at a cognitive and emotional level. In Elementary school we work on useful and necessary aspects for their formation as social individuals. We teachers place special emphasis on responsibility, equality, respect, health care, critical thinking, among others, allowing students to have an appropriate behavior in their social environment.
When we walk hand in hand with parents and it is reciprocal, the work is easier, it allows us to achieve incredible things in our students and to be part of their integral formation. At CSJ what we want is that children learn in a fun way, where all areas are combined(eliminar), forge values, the use of technology, learning through play and creating and discovering the world around them. For us, children are not numbers, they are beings capable of learning while respecting their learning rhythm and learning style. Academically, we offer our students the opportunity to live a pedagogical experience that provides them with the necessary knowledge for life, such as finding solutions to challenges, developing study habits and meaningful learning. We rely on technological resources and tools to guarantee learning experiences that promote effective competition and collaborative work. In our classrooms there is an air of tranquility and fun that allows them to love their school. Students, our vision is to empower you to develop the practical and academic English language skills you will need to succeed at school, in further education or quite simply, in life. You will learn in a safe and supportive environment where the values of respect, responsibility, proactivity, and social awareness are clearly visible through the actions of students and staff. Our teachers are well prepared, providing a fun, creative, and lively learning environment that will motivate children to explore, improve and exponentially expand their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and develop their intercultural knowledge.
Parents and guardians, if you have a child between the ages of five and eleven, it is recommended that you motivate them into their personal English learning experience through as many means as you may have: speaking to them, listening to them read, watching English TV programs, playing board or video games and even traveling. All of these stupendous vessels will serve as extended applications and represent a significant exposure to the language. Moreover, feel free to approach our teachers and get personalized suggestions that will help you understand how your child learns best. Furthermore, if you have a child aged between twelve and seventeen, our school has diverse intercultural initiatives which will allow the adolescent to come in contact with the English language in a real-world scenario. International Spelling Bee, Model United Nations Simulations, Foreign Exchange Programs, international field trips, and the British English Olympics; we count on you to grant them the opportunity to participate in these once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
